Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for availing service at Lazyinterface.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and Cancellations.

The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this cancellation and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Lazyinterface pvt. ltd., lodha heritage, dombivli, mumbai 421201.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within first milestone of the entire project milestones without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the service or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the service delivered.

We will reimburse 30% for total cost you paid for milestone 1 only, You no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation notice. We will use any means of payment to refund you, and You might incur small fees around 2%-4% for such refunds due to payment gateway fees.

Conditions for Refunds

The service cancellation notice should be given within 7 days after the service is delivered to you.

You get maximum 1 revision before cancellation of service

If you opt for 2nd revision and first concept change of the service delivered, you can’t cancel and refund anymore

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
